Skipping Breakfast Can Be Dangerous

It is clear that missing any meal of the day, especially breakfast, can be very dangerous for health.

Whether you are skipping breakfast because you do not have the time or because you are on a weight loss diet, this habit can be more harmful to your body than you realise!

A group of researchers have found that people who skip breakfast on a regular basis, are the risk of developing heart diseases like stroke!

The study said that when a person skips breakfast, the body releases certain enzymes to produce more energy without food, and these enzymes can lead to the narrowing of the arteries. Also, the enzymes can cause a build-up of plaque in the narrowed arteries, thus creating blood clots which may eventually cause a stroke or even a heart attack!
