Rava Laddoo Recipe


100 gm Semolina (Rava)
250 ml Milk (skimmed, strain the cream)
1/4 cup Ghee ‘
cup Sugar (powdered)
Pinch of cardamom

For Garnish:

Dry Coconut


1.Roast semolina in a non-stick pan until slightly brown.

2.Add ghee and milk and keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick.

3.Add powder cardamom, sugar and remove pan from flame.

4.Make small balls of the mixture and garnish with raisins and grated coconut. Tasty rava laddoo ready to serve.
