Pradhaman Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Rice flour
Banana leaf
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Sugar
1 cup grated or crushed jaggery
4 cups Fresh coconut grated
‘ tsp Ginger powder
‘ tsp Cumin powder
‘ tsp Cardamom powder

Procedure

1.Mix the rice flour with water and melted ghee to make a thick batter.

2.Warm the banana leaf on fire and spread the batter over it. Roll the batter.

3.Steam these rolls for 10-12 minutes.fter the rolls are cooked, peel and cut them into small pieces.

4.Dissolve jaggery in deep vessel of half cup of water and strain it. Boil it for 2 minutes.

5.Add thick coconut milk and stir well. Simmer for few minutes and then add sugar. Let it dissolve.

6.Dissolve cardomom, cumin and ginger powder in ‘ cup of thin milk and then add to the boiling mixture.
