6.Walnut: This nut is also a great source of folic acid. That is one it is one of the excellent foods t have in the postnatal diet.
7.Kale: The green vegetable is loaded with Vitamin C. It helps curb postpartum depression.
8.Spinach: The green leafy vegetable is also known as a superfood due to its various health benefits. Women must have this leafy vegetable in their postnatal diet.
9.Orange Juice: Oranges are rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants and folic acid. This makes it healthy for the women.
10.Legumes: Legumes are healthy and a rich source of iron. Beans and lentils are not only delicious but healthy foods too.
