Masala Shrimps Dry Recipe



White shrimps- 250gms
Onions- 2 chopped
Green chillies- 3-4 (chopped)
Tomato- 2
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Tomato sauce- 1tsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Cumin seeds powder- a pinch
Garam masala- a pinch
Lemon juice- 1tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Oil- 1tbsp


1.Wash the shrimps with salt and rinse in flowing water.Marinade the shrimps with lemon juice for about 20 minutes.

2.Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan.Saute the chopped onions for about 3-4 minutes on a medium flame.

3.Saute the chopped onions for about 3-4 minutes on a medium flame.Make a paste of tomato by grinding in the grinder.

4.Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Now add red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, tomato sauce and garam masala.

5.Add the marinated shrimps into the pan. Mix and cook for 5-6 minutes on a medium flame.Dry masala shrimps with tomato sauce is ready to eat.

Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
