6.Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate is extremely healthy for the heart. But, dark chocolate is chocolate at the end of the day, and each piece contains a high amount of fat and calories that result in obesity and other problems when consumed in excess.
7.Nuts: Nuts are beneficial for the health in a lot of ways. But, too much of them can be a hindrance, as they contains a lot of fat that might not be healthy for the body. Hence, it is best to restrict your consumption and enjoy a minimal meal.
8.Olive Oil: Olive oil is mostly used while cooking. Though olive oil is healthy and good for the heart, it is however not healthy if you consume too much of it. Reduce the oil usage and see the difference in your health and metabolism rate too.
