Egg Salad Recipe


Spinach – 150g
Eggs -2
Tomatoes – 2 Medium


1.Rinse the spinach thoroughly, and leave it to drain.

2.Now turn the grill on and wait for it to heat up.

3.Heat a pan of water and hard-boil the eggs well.

4.Now slice the tomatoes into half and place it under the grill.

5.While the eggs and tomatoes are cooking well, arrange the baby fresh spinach leaves on a plate.

6.Once the eggs are completely cooked, cut them into four pieces each after peeling out the shell.

7.Place the cut eggs and tomatoes over the bed of spinach.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 16 minutes
